UV-100

The UV-100 is a compact curing system loaded with high quality features such as stainless steel irradiator and control panel, digital tachometer and digital temperature read-out. The 10 inch belt and advanced air cooling system make it perfect for curing CDs, overlays, and other small parts and sheets.

Features

• The irradiator is constructed of anodized aluminum and stainless steel.
• Two convenient knobs raise the lamp and light guards simultaneously to accommodate part thicknesses up to 1 1/2 inches
• Utilizes forced air cooling of both substrate and U.V. irradiator.
• The stainless steel irradiator hinges open quickly for lamp inspection and replacement.
• Replaceable and renewable reflectors.
• Built in belt guiding track eliminates wandering conveyor belt problems.
• Vacuum hold down chamber eliminates flutter of lightweight materials.
• Variable DC drive provides infinitely variable belt speeds of 10 to 90 feet per minute.
• Heavy duty mounted ball bearings rated to last 120 years.
